All ARB Bull Bars feature upswept tapered wings to give the best possible approach angle, and ground clearance without sacrificing strength. All Winch Bars feature Roller Fairlead supports for additional strength for winching operations, and all bars, whether winch, or non-winch type have built-in reinforced tow points for strong, safe, easy attachment of shackles for recovery and winching.

Pieces are laser cut, then carefully assembled in assembly jigs which are pre-checked on a master table prior to production. Then all are fully Mig welded for maximum strength. All tubing is mandrel bent for smooth distortion free bends. All products are steel shot blasted and then washed in hot phosphate to prevent rust. Bars are then electrostatically power coasted and cured in a 215 degrees Celcius oven.
